Tri-Sorb
Tri-Sorb® Molecular Sieve
Tri-Sorb molecular sieve desiccants are the most aggressive of Clariant’s desiccant options. Tri-Sorb adsorbs water vapor and gas molecules that fit into the pores. The adsorption capacity of Tri-Sorb is relatively high at low humidity and remains almost constant as relative humidity increases. The adsorption rate is also high at high humidity levels, where Tri-Sorb accepts moisture much faster than Desi Pak, making handling more difficult. The adsorption capacity of Tri-Sorb as a function of temperature remains constant at constant relative humidity and absolute humidity between 20°C and 50°C.

Getter Pak
Getter Pak® Carbon
Getter products are designed to control objectionable odors and gases within packaged products. Made of activated carbon, Getter has a highly porous structure and surface area that attracts and bonds with gases and volatile organic molecules. Getter is capable of adsorbing 50 percent of its weight of carbon tetrachloride (tetrachloromethane) at 25°C.

Sorb-It
Sorb-It® Silica Gel
Sorb-it desiccants are made of highly porous amorphous silicon oxide. Sorb-it bindswater molecules in random intersection channels of various diameters and remains dryand free flowing, even after fully saturated with water vapor.Sorb-it’s adsorption capacity is relatively small at low humidity levels but increases as humidity rises. At high humidity levels, Sorb-it adsorbs moisture much faster than desiccant clay. Sorbit’s adsorption capacity as a function of temperature decreases slightly at constant relative humidity between 20°C and 50°C .

Antimussol
Antimussol® Z 70
Antimussol Z-70 is a liquid foam control agent with very low silicone content for adhesives, coatings and inks based on synthetic latex emulsions. Antimussol Z-70 is very effective during the mixing, dispersing and milling processes. Due to its components, it is easily dispersed and acts immediately to release entrapped air in foam bubbles and to prevent undesired foam built-up. It maintains its efficiency during long periods of agitation. The recommended dosage is 2.4-3.2 kg of Antimussol Z-70 for 1000 liters of paint. This amount is sufficient to control the foam efficiently. In adhesives we recommend dosages between 1-2 % of Antimussol Z-70 based on the total latex solids. This defoamer can be used as it is or as a water dispersion.

Antimussol
Antimussol® V4
Antimussol V4 is a cost-efficient, 100% active, vegetable oil-based foam control agent for coatings applications, Antimussol V4 shows high performance, rapidly repressing foams. It may be added in any production process step and presents antifoam performance even after long periods of storage. It has good compatibility and does not interfere with the final product appearance. The recommended dosage of Antimussol V4 is 0.2 - 0.4% based on total formulation.

Antimussol
Antimussol® V3
Antimussol V3 is a cost-efficient, 100% active, vegetable oil-based defoamer recommended for coatings applications, especially recommended in the manufacture of binders, paints, adhesives and pigment preparations. Antimussol V3 can be added at any stage of the manufacturing process, and has a rapid foam knockdown and persistent antifoam performance even after long term coating storage. It shows a good compatibility with other components and has no impact on end-product appearance. Antimussol V3 can be used as such or pre-dispersed in water. For the use as is, the dosage recommendation is 0.2 -0.4% based on the total formulation.

Antimussol
Antimussol® V1
Antimussol V1 is a cost efficient, 100% active and vegetable oil-based defoamer recommended for all types of waterborne architectural coatings.Typical applications are emulsion paints, paper coatings and water-based pigment preparations. Antimussol V1 can be added at any stage of the manufacturing process. It has a rapid foam knockdown and persistent antifoam performance even after long term coating storage. Good compatibility and no impact on coating appearance Antimussol® V1 dosage recommendation is 0.2 -0.4% based on the total formulation.

Antimussol
Antimussol® P
Antimussol P is a cost-efficient, 100% active oil-based defoamer recommended for all types of waterborne architectural coatings. Antimussol P is suitable for all coating types, can be added at any stage of the manufacturing process, and has a rapid foam knockdown and persistent antifoam performance even after long term coating storage. Good compatibility and no impact on coating appearance. Antimussol P can be used as such or pre-dispersed in water. For the use as is, the dosage recommendation is 0.2 -0.4% based on the total formulation.

Antimussol
Antimussol® NS 22
Antimussol AC is a foam control agent, easily dispersible and miscible with grouts and mortars components in cement and concrete applications, as well as plasticizers application, waterproof coatings included. Antimussol AC prevents and reduces the foam built-up in concrete mixtures caused by surfactants and dispersing agents e.g. polynaphthaline sulfonates, lignin sulfonates and other plastizising agents. The amount of Antimussol AC depends on the formulation. Generally between 0.1 % and 0.4 % in weight based on the cement are required.

Vitispheres
Vitispheres™ Hydro C
VitiSpheres® Hydro C is a unique and patented Carrier System, especially designed for the use in skin care formulations to deliver pure Vitamin C to the skin. Controlled retard release offers a much higher bioavailability than any other delivery system. VitiSpheres® Hydro C can be used in any cosmetic formulation with more ease than conventional delivery systems. It is used as antioxidant and to support a skin-lightened look. Studies support the efficacy of the product.

Viscofil
Viscofil® Bordeaux BB 30
Viscofil Bordeaux BB 30 is a glycolfree pigment dispersion of approx. 20% pigment and is based on anionic dispersing and wetting agents. The Colour Index of the basic pigment is Pigment Violet 32. This fine dispersed pigment dispersion is used chiefly in the spin dyeing of viscose fibers.Suitable for stationery, woodstains, latex.

Viscofil
Viscofil® Black VBC-DE
Viscofil Black VBC-DE is a pigment preparation of approx. 28% pigment and anionic dispersing and wetting agents. The Colour Index of the basic pigment is Pigment Black 7. The finely dispersed pigment dispersion is suitable for the dope dyeing of viscose, textile printing and fertilizer.

Tri-Sorb Odor And Gas Adsorbent
Tri-Sorb molecular sieve desiccants are the most aggressive of Clariant’s desiccant options. Based on the synthetic zeolite (molecular sieve) types 3A, 4A and 13X, these zeolites exhibit crystalline structures with well-defined and uniform pores of 3Å, 4Å and 10Å diameters respectively. Tri-Sorb adsorbs water vapor and gas molecules that fit into the pores. The adsorption capacity of Tri-Sorb is relatively high at low humidity levels and remains almost constant as relative humidity increases. The adsorption rate is also high at high humidity levels, where Tri-Sorb accepts moisture much faster than Desi Pak, making handling more difficult. The adsorption capacity of Tri-Sorb as a function of temperature remains constant at constant relative humidity and absolute humidity between 20°C and 50°C (however the rate may vary).
