CLiQFLOW LED provides a controlled shear thinning flow behavior to non-aqueous formulations. It improves storage stability, like anti-settling behavior and provides excellent sag resistance.
CLiQFLOW LED is easier to disperse than standard organoclays. It allows a more flexible production setup and is designed for direct incorporation into the pigment and extender grinding stage.

CLiQFLOW LED is best dispersed with pigments and extenders to achieve the required clay delamination. The use of a polar activator (e.g. ethanol/water, propylene carbonate etc) is not necessarily required but might be beneficial depending on the production conditions.
CLiQFLOW LED can also be incorporated into the final formulationusing a standard organoclay pre-gel with a concentration of 5-10% by weight. Organoclay pre-gels require a proper polar activator for stability.
The required loading level depends strongly on the nature of the system and performance requirements. A starting level of 0.2 –0.5% is recommended.
