NatSurf™ 265 is a DfE-approved alcohol ethoxylate based on a primary alcohol. It is an ethoxylate of a short-chain linear fatty alcohol that can be used as a nonylphenol ethoxylate replacement. Cithrol™ DPHS is a non-ionic ethoxylated ester surfactant. It is characterized by a low hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB), making it well-suited for water-in-oil emulsification or as a co-emulsifier in blended surfactant systems. Physically, Cithrol™ DPHS is available in a paste form, which offers ease of handling and incorporation into various formulations. The chemical name of Cithrol™ DPHS is PEG-30 dipolyhydroxystearate, highlighting its composition as a polyethylene glycol derivative of dipolyhydroxystearic acid.
