Brij™ LT23 is a blend of ethoxylated synthetic C12–13 alcohols. This high HLB (hydrophilic-lipophilic balance) surfactant is specifically designed for use as an oil-in-water emulsifier or as a co-emulsifier in blended surfactant systems. It finds application in hygiene nonwovens. Its main functions include emulsification and solubilization.
