Rates and Use

• 50– 200 ppm (5-20 g/hl) in red wines, during aging or before bottling.
• Use higher rates to integrate polyphenol content in unbalanced wines (not perfect maturity, difficulties during maceration).
• To obtain the request result it’s advisable to organize some laboratory trials at different rates. Taste the results better after 7-10 days.
• During skin contact use rates from 100 to 250 ppm (10- 25 g/hl) in 2 or 3 additions.
• Preferably the product is dissolved in water or clean wine and is to be added to the mass with thorough mixing.
