DENCELL

ALFACELL® is the perfect film former and water soluble cellulosic polymer. In addition to utilization in adhesion of wall papers, this product is used in carpet underlay, ceramic mortar, filler for wood parquet, and preparing putty for satin paint. Furthermore, it is used as freeze retardant admixture in gypsum and cement mortars. It is also used for wall papers, and leather and wood adhesion because it is thickener, binder and easily dissolves in water.

DENCELL-T Series is a water soluble Carboxymethyl Cellulose based polymer. Product covers wide range of
applications due to its thickening, binding and viscosifier characteristics. DENCELL-T Series provides transparent
solution with low alkaly insoluble specifications.

DENCELL DK Series

DENCELL-CMC HV is used in drilling applications due to its productivity improving characteristics such as film making and water absorbition. It is a good viscosity stabilizer and water absorber for drilling mud. DENCELL-CMC HV keeps the mud as homogeneous to stabilize the mud viscosity and avoid excessive fluid loss during drilling. With avoidance of fluid loss through pores it reduces the resistance of soil in different characteristics to drilling machine thus enhances the performance.

DENCELL-D series are used in detergent industry widely due to its property of getting the dirt particules with the rinsing water and called as “anti-redeposition agent”. The laboratory experiments has shown that DENCELL-D is (H) bonded to cotton fibers in the clothing. Since both of the dirt particules and carboxy methyl groups are negative (-) groups, the cleaning powder and quality of detergents will increase by using DENCELL-D. DENCELL-D series are produced in the limits of detergent grade specificaitons but they divided into different variations due to customer demands and performance/price factors. The customer satisfaction, price sensitivity and other expectations are fully covered by all these sub categories. DENCELL-D series are especially improved quality for the high volume capacity plants such as the big production lines which controlled by an automatic dosing system.

DENCELL-DK Series are water soluble cellulose based polymers with perfect viscosifier properties. Besides fine film making, binding and viscosity thickening performance, they can also be used as paper adhesives due to celluosic structures. Additionally, utilization in adhesion of wall paper adhesives, they can be use in carpet underlay, ceramic mortar, filler for wood parquet and also preparing putty for satin paints. Furthermore, they are used as freeze retardant admixture in gypsum and cement mortars. They are also used for leather and wood adhesions due to its thickener, binder and viscosifier characteristics.
