CITRU-SHIELD is a blend of special surfactant and agricultural Paraffinic oils that enhance wetting of leaf surfaces and more uniform coverage of fungicides, insecticides, miticides and nutrients. This product may be ­utilized to enhance coverage with conventional spray oils or replace conventional oils to reduce total oil volume while main-taining coverage.

Use Precautions: Read these entire directions and warranty disclaimer and notice. Use strictly in accordance with label directions following the most restrictive label.

MIXING DIRECTIONS: To prepare sprays containing this product, fill the spray tank half-full with water, add the proper amount of pesticide, fertilizer or micronutrient as directed by its label and then add this product. Maintain agitation during the entire process. Continue agi-tation before and during each application to ensure a uniform spray.

Direction For Use

This product may be used with products registered for: Agricultural, Industrial, Forestry Site Preparation, Municipal, Non-cropland, Utility, Roadside, Rights-of-Way, Ornamental, Turf and other uses. This product may be applied by high or low ground, aerial or by any type of equipment recommended by pesticide labels.

ENHANCEMENT (To Improve Coverage and Distribution) Dilute: 2 pints per acre.

Air or low-volume: 0.5 to 1.0 pint per acre.

SUMMER SPRAYS (For Oil Reduction) 2 pints of this product will replace 1 gallon of conventional spray oil:

Dilute: 2 to 10 pints per acre.

Air or low-volume: 1 to 2 pints per acre.

Note: The addition of an adjuvant to some pesticides or tank-mix combinations may cause phytotoxicity to foliage or fruit of susceptible crops. Care should be exercised when spray containing this product is applied to new crop varieties or highly inbred crop lines not previously sprayed with this product. It is recommended that a small test area be treated before spraying large areas. Use care when pesticides are more active, such as during periods of hot or humid conditions.

Hazards to Humans and Domestic Animals

WARNING: Causes eye and skin irritation. Harmful if swallowed or if in contact with skin. Do not get on skin, in eyes or on clothing. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. Avoid breathing spray mist. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet. Take off contaminated clothing and wash before reuse.

Avoid release to the environment.

Storage And Disposal

Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal.

PRODUCT STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area in original container. Avoid high temperatures. Do not store below 45°F. Do not allow water to be introduced to contents of this container.

PRODUCT DISPOSAL: Wastes resulting from the use of this product may be disposed on site or at an approved waste disposal facility.

CONTAINER DISPOSAL: Do not reuse empty container. Triple rinse (or equivalent) during mixing and loading. Recycling decon-taminated containers is the best option of container disposal. The Agricultural Container Recycling Council (ACRC) operates the national recycling program. To contact your State and local ACRC recycler, visit the ACRC web page at www.acrecycle.org. Decon-taminated containers may also be disposed of in a sanitary landfill.
