Use Information

LOX is an effective, easy-to-use drift control agent for improving deposition and retarding mist and drift in spraying operations for crop applications. This product is compatible with most water-soluble and wettable powder pesticides, desiccants and defoliants when applied by aerial application or standard ground equipment.This product will retard, but not totally eliminate drift.

Direction For Use

Always read and follow the label of the pesticide(s) and additive(s) to be used with this product. Always refer to the pesticide and additive label(s) for additional restrictions and precautions. Follow the most restrictive label.This product should be used at the rate of 4 to 8 fluid ounces per acre based on the following chart:

Use Precautions

The degree of drift hazard varies with the type of pesticide, applica-tion conditions and vegetation near the sprayed area. Consult your Local Agricultural Advisor. Remember, pesticide drift is no accident. Common sense and sound application technology must be followed when spraying pesticides.

Mixing Directions

Always try a small sample batch before making a full tank.

  1. Fill the mix tank with pesticide(s) and/or other adjuvant(s).
  2. Add this product.
  3. When mixing with an aqueous solution (AS) or emulsifiable concentrate (EC), premixing of this product and the AS or EC is suggested. If water is needed for the initial mixing, do not use more than 1 quart of water per acre.
  4. Complete the filling of the spray tank.
  5. In case of excessive thickening or lumps due to over-agitation or excessive rates of this product, add household ammonia to break up.

WARNING: Causes serious eye irritation. Causes skin irritation. Harmful if swallowed, if inhaled or if in contact with skin. May cause respiratory irritation. Do not get on skin, in eyes or on clothing. Do not breathe vapor or spray mist. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after han-dling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet. Take off contaminated clothing and wash before reuse. Avoid release to the environment.

Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage or disposal.

PRODUCT STORAGE: May be stored below 32°F if thawed and thoroughly agitated before use. Keep container closed in storage. Do not allow water to be introduced. Store only in original container.

PRODUCT DISPOSAL: Wastes resulting from the use of this prod-uct may be disposed of on site or at an approved waste disposal facility.

CONTAINER DISPOSAL: Do not reuse empty container. Triple rinse (or equivalent) during mixing and loading. Recycling decon-taminated containers is the best option of container disposal. The Agricultural Container Recycling Council (ACRC) operates the national recycling program. To contact your state and local ACRC recycler, visit the ACRC web page at www.acrecycle.org. Decon-taminated containers may also be disposed of in a sanitary landfill.
