General Information

X 10-0-10 PLUS 0.5% B is a clear liquid, deriving its slow-release properties from methylene ureas (estimated release pattern is 8 to 12 weeks). X 10-0-10 PLUS 0.5% B is recommended for crops such as Corn, Cotton, Peanuts, Rice, Soybeans, Sugarcane, Sweet Potato, Tree and Fruit Crops, Vegetables(1), Wheat and Small Grains. X 10-0-10 PLUS 0.5% B is ideal for drip irrigation systems, ground and aerial applications. It is compatible with other NPK fertilizers, and can be tank-mixed with most herbicides, insecticides and fungicides. Avoid strong acids or contact with aluminum, mild steel and brass. Jar tests should be performed to confirm compatibility before mixing with other components.One gallon of this product contains 0.05 pounds of elemental Boron (B), 1.0 pound of Nitrogen (N), and 1.0 pounds of Soluble Potash (K2O). 0.25 pounds per gallon Nitrogen, out of 1.0 pound per gallon of the total Nitrogen in this product, is slow-release.Foliar fertilization is intended as a supplement to a regular fertilization program and may not, by itself, provide all the nutrients normally required by crops or other intended plants.

Applications & Uses

Recommended Rates

Rates and timing of applications are dependent on local conditions, and should always be made as a result of soil or plant tissue analysis. When used as directed, this product does not supply all the nutrients required by plants and is to supplement a soil fertility program based on soil tests. Please refer to your local dealer representative or extension agent for use guidelines. Ground, aerial or irrigation systems may be utilized to deliver X 10-0-10 PLUS 0.5% B. Use sufficient water to ensure thorough coverage.Use in accordance with recommendations of a qualified individual or institution, such as, but not limited to, a certified crop advisor, agronomist, university crop extension publication, or apply according to recommendations in your approved nutrient management plan.

CORN (Field, Sweet, Silage): Apply 1 to 3 gallons per acre. Note: If product is applied in conjunction with fungicides or insecticides, decrease application rate to 1 to 2 gallons per acre at the VT-R2 stage of growth.

COTTON: Apply 1 to 2 gallons per acre at first bloom, followed by 1 to 2 gallons per acre 10 to 21 days later.

PEANUTS: Apply 1 to 2 gallons per acre at bloom and repeat at 7 to 14 day intervals.

RICE: Apply 1 to 2 gallons per acre at boot stage of growth.

SOYBEANS: Apply 1 to 3 gallons per acre at V6-R4 stage of growth.SUGARCANE: Apply 2 to 4 gallons per acre.

SWEET POTATO: Apply 1 gallon per acre. Do not exceed 3 to 4 applications.

TREE & FRUIT CROPS: Apply 1 to 3 gallons per acre in 125 to 150 gallons of water per acre. Timing of application:Cherries – prior to fruit set.Peaches and Nectarines – at bud swell to early bloom.Apples – prior to fruit set or post-harvest.VEGETABLES(1): Apply 0.5 to 2 gallons per acre in a minimum of 15 to 50 gallons of water per acre.

WHEAT & SMALL GRAIN: Apply 1 to 3 gallons per acre at flag leaf stage of growth (Feekes 8 to 10)

Storage And Disposal

STORAGE: Store at temperatures between 35°F – 90°F. Protect from excessive heat and moisture. Keep out of reach of children and animals in a cool, dry chemical storage area. Keep container tightly closed. Do not allow water to be introduced into the container contents.

DISPOSAL: Dispose of empty containers by triple rinsing with detergent solution or puncture and discard empty containers in a landfill in accordance with current Local, State and Federal regulations. Do not contaminate water sources by cleaning of equipment or disposal of waste
