Blow Molded Cooling Pipes Collaboration with ST
DuPont with ST BlowMoulding designed blow molded cooling pipes using Zytel®/Zytel® LCPA grades along with Multiflex® TPO grades to have a wider service temperature range and pipes that are flexible and easy to install.
Extruded Auto Cooling Pipes Collaboration with Maillefer
DuPont collaborated with Maillefer to design extruded cooling pipes for thermal management of electric vehicles. These pipes have been made with Zytel® LCPA grades along with Multiflex® TPO grades to have excellent coolant fluid resistance, short bend radius and are flexible and easy to install.
Laser Welded Tubes for Auto Fluid Management
Using DuPont & Leister's in-house lab capabilities and superior welding process and design expertise, laser welded tubes made from Zytel® PA612, PA612GF and PA66GF used for auto fluid management gave better productivity and quality control.
Low Extractable Multilayer Fuel Lines
DuPont's multilayer solution based on chemically modified Zytel® PA612 combined with EVOH can be used in automotive gasoline direct injection engines without polluting environment. These low extractable multilayer fuel lines are chemically resistant and have good adhesion between layers.
Quick Connectors Assembled on Battery Cooling Pipes
DuPont collaborated with HENN to design quick connectors assembled on battery cooling pipes that could withstand challenging temperatures and pressures and were resistant to coolant fluids upto 130°C and even other chemicals; all at a competitive price against existing solutions.
