Duynie Ingredients PotaPuree N is a co-product released during the production of potato specialties or potato flakes for human consumption. The potatoes are peeled and cut in pieces. The potato pieces are blanched, to gelatinize the starch, and mashed. During this process off spec, as well as start-up production puree is collected, air died and grinded.
