Solprene 7201 is a Solution Styrene Rubber (SSBR) manufactured by anionic batch polymerization.The polymer is extended with TDAE oil and is protected with a non-staining antioxidant.Solprene 7201 has a high styrene content and a medium vinyl microstructure with a typical glass transition temperature of -36ºC. It is partially coupled.Solprene 7201 gives an outstanding performance in wet grip and wear while maintaining excellent rolling resistance properties when it is used in compounds for high performance tires.
