Vitropurge is 100% natural, inert, non‐toxic, and will not produce adverse environmental effects before, during or after purging processes. It is produced from naturally occurring amorphous aluminosilicate deposits and is geographically similar to substances found in tooth polish, food processing applications, personal hygiene products, household cleansers, and cosmetics.

Vitrocote

Vitrolite® is manufactured from naturally occurring amorphous silicates and aluminosilicates and is non-toxic, inert, non-flammable, and does not affect UL approvals. Vitrolite® is suitable for all products including electrical, food contact, and medical devices. It is currently used as a processing additive for molding auto parts, food containers, consumer electronics, toys, wire and cable, pipe and a host of other products.

Vitrolite® 20

Vitrolite® is a naturally occurring mineral and with concentrations of less than 0.5% has a profound effect on polymer melts.  Vitrolite® is effective in reducing polymer melt viscosity without adversely affecting the finished polymer mechanical properties. Vitrolite is not known to chemically interact with polymers or additives, and has been widely used in the polymer industry. It is not essentially inert but it is stable (millions of years in age) and does not change its effect upon multiple uses (e.g., compounding followed by molding).

Vitrocote® is processed from natural amorphous aluminosilicate glass mined from a 20 million year old deposit. It is an inert white material used to improve performance and lower costs with a wide range of automotive and industrial paint and coatings. Vitrocote® generates very unique properties even at low volumes (1% by weight), acts as a flow promoter, imparts material reinforcement, and promotes dispersion in high speed shearing and mixing equipment. Vitrocote® is 100% natural and non-toxic €“ very environmentally friendly.
