MyCellePro™ is an egg yolk isolate that naturally exists in a micellular form. It can be used in microemulsion technology to encapsulate fat-soluble (water-insoluble) active ingredients and improve their bioavailability in the body. It contains 20% phospholipids, 25% hydrolyzed proteins, and 55% triglycerides with a significant amount of healthy omega 6 and 9 fatty acids, with some omega 3s as well. When delivering nutraceuticals to the body the proteins help ensure the fat-soluble compounds are protected until they arrive at the place of absorption, ensuring optimal active ingredient delivery.
