- Combine phase A ingredients and heat to 75°C with propeller mixing.
- Combine phase B ingredients and heat to 75°C. Mix until uniform.
- Add phase B to phase A with propeller mixing.
- Begin cooling.
- Homogenize for 3 minutes. Return to propeller mixing.
- At 40°C, add phase C ingredients to batch.
- Cool to room temperature with propeller mixing.
- Adjust pH to 4.0-5.0 using phase D.
