- Emfibre EF 200 can be used due to its neutral properties for bakery and snack products, also in meat or health products. Their positive functionality like a high water binding capacity makes it useful for a lot of food applications. Due to their very bright color they are useful e.g.in sponge cake. They can bind water and support a moist bite. In Hamburger patties they reduce weight loss and support structure. Emfibre EF 200 can be used for enrichment of diet and health food like cereals bars (light products).
