EVERNOX-10 is a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant with a highly effective, non-discoloring stabilizer for organic materials. It protects these materials against thermo-oxidative degradation. EVERNOX-10 can be applied in polyolefins, such as PE, PP and olefin copolymers like EVA. Also its use is recommended in various polymers such as POM, PA, PUR, PES, PBT, PET, PVC, styrenic like IPS, ABS, elastomers like SBS, SEBS, EPM and EPDM as well as synthetic rubbers, adhesives tackifier and other organic substrates. EVERNOX-10 has good compatibility, high resistance to extraction and low volatility, odorless. It can be used in combination with other additives like costabilizers (e.g. thioesters, phosphites, phosphonites), light stabilizer and other functional stabilizers. The synergistic blends of EVERNOX-10 with EVERFOS-168 are extreme performance in polymers stabilization.

EVERNOX-1520 is a multifunctional liquid phenolic antioxidant with highly effective stabilization for organic materials such as elastomers, plastics, adhesives sealants, oils and lubricants. It protects these materials against thermo-oxidative degradation. It can be applied for emulsion and solution polymerized elastomers such as BR, SBR, NBR, SBS, and others. EVERNOX-1520 is effective both as a raw elastomer and compound stabilizer. It also effectively protects various adhesive, sealant, and latex applications. It is non-discoloring, non-staining, low in volatility, and stable to light and heat. It is not recommended for odor sensitive hot melt adhesives or their raw materials. EVERNOX-1520 can be used alone at low levels without co-stabilizers to provide both processing and long-terms heat aging stability. If needed, it also can be used with other additives such as secondary antioxidants, benzofuranone, light stabilizers, and other functional stabilizers. The effectiveness of this product used in a wide range of elastomers is exceptional along with extensive food contact approvals.

EVERFOS-626 is a high performance organo-phosphite processing stabilizer which protects polymers from thermo-oxidative degradation during processing by decomposing hydroperoxides to form non-radical, non-reactive products. EVERFOS-168 is a hydrolytically stable phosphite processing stabilizer as a secondary antioxidant. It reacts during processing with hydroperoxides formed by autoxidation of polymers preventing process induced degradation. EVERFOS-168 reacts with hydroperoxides to yield non-radical products, therefore called hydroperoxide decomposer. EVERNOX-1098 is a sterically hindered phenolic antioxidant of highly effective, non-discoloring stabilization for organic materials. It protects these materials against thermo-oxidative degradation. EVERNOX-1098 is especially recommended for use in polyamide molded parts, fibers, and films. It can also be used with various polymers such as polyacetals, polyesters, polyurethanes, adhesives, elastomers as well as other organic substrates. EVERNOX-1098 has good compatibility, high resistance to extraction and low volatility. It provides excellent processing and long-term thermal stability as well as superior initial resin color.
