About Us

"GA Torres is a company with more than 50 years of experience working with carob or carob, it is managed by the third generation of the Torres family and has different production sites in Valencia (Spain) and its agricultural environment. The company began its journey by carrying out a very basic production process, the chopping of carob beans for animal consumption, at the same time as separating their seeds (carob beans) for industrial use. In 1983 GA Torrestakes a turn in its activity and begins to add value to its work, calibrating and separating the different granulometries of the chopped carob, to be exported to different countries in Europe and the USA, subsequently increasing the activity by diversifying the product, generating a thermal process and micronized to specialize in carob powder. Since 2014, GA Torres has a new factory and internal laboratory for the production of locust bean gum."
