Ottopol AR-150 is an anionic acrylic solution for alkali resistance. The dry resin is impermeable to alkali without the use of crosslinking agents. Inks and overlay varnishes for soap boxes and household paper towels will not be affected by the high pH of the detergent cleaner used with the paper towels.

Alkali Resistance

The polymer was tested by drying at 150 degrees F for 2 minutes and then put on a BYK rub tester. It easily surpassed 150 cycles and will withstand a 1,000 cycles with resistance to 409.
