Bisomer® PPM 5 LI shows excellent properties in acrylic polyols for automotive OEM and refinish applications, especially flexibility and weathering properties. Bisomer® PPM 5 LI is hydrophobic and offers a low Glass Transition Temperature (Tg) and low shrinkage on polymerisation. It is an excellent component in anaerobic adhesives, vacuum impregnation of aluminum castings and general sealants. Bisomer® PPM 5 LI is also a useful co-monomer in the production of vinyl, acrylic and styrene acrylic decorative paints.
