Features & Benefits

Benefits of Apple Juice Concentrate
  • Apple juice concentrate is a great alternative to not from concentrate (NFC) apple juice, for manufacturers who wish to be able to label products as containing ‘real fruit juice’. Whilst being more processed than NFC apple juice, it still remains free from additives and preservatives along with much of the same nutritional values as an NFC juice.
  • Apple juice concentrate can also be used as a sweetening ingredient, in place of sugar.
