GMS Composites EP – 530 is a flame retardant epoxy resin matrix prepreg with long shelf life. The product has a versatile curing cycle from as low as 80°C or as high as 150°C, thus enabling the product to be used to produce a wide range of composite items, from large structures to numerous small components. EP-530 is available in a range of substrates such as carbon, glass or aramid. The product is self-extinguishing and meets the UL 94 V-0 classification. The flow and tack of EP-530 can also be varied.

GMS Composites EP – 350 is a formulated epoxy resin matrix prepreg with long shelf life. The product has a versatile curing cycle from as low as 80°C or as high as 160°C, thus enabling the product to be used to produce a wide range of composite items, from large structures to numerous small components. EP-350 is available in a range of substrates such as carbon, glass or aramid. The product also has good dynamic strength properties as well as outstanding hot-wet resistance. The prepreg has good flow and the tack of EP-350 can be varied.

GMS Composites EP – 290 is a nano-toughened epoxy resin matrix prepreg with long shelf life. The product has a versatile curing cycle from 100°C or as high as 150°C, thus enabling the product to be used to produce a wide range of composite items, from large structures to numerous small components. EP-290 is available in a range of substrates such as carbon, glass or aramid. This nano-toughened system has outstanding fracture properties and resistance to microcracking. The prepreg has good flow and is of medium tack.

GMS Composites EP – 274 is a formulated epoxy resin matrix prepreg with long out life and improved handling. The product has a versatile curing cycle from as low as 70C or as high as 130C, thus enabling the product to be used to produce a wide range of composite items, from large structures to numerous small components. EP-274 is available in a range of substrates such as carbon, glass or aramid. EP-274 allows faster cycle times at elevated temperatures. The product also has good dynamic strength properties. The improved handling allows for easier molding of complex parts. The prepreg has good flow and the tack of EP-274 can be varied.

GMS Composites EP-282 is a formulated epoxy resin matrix prepreg with long shelf life. The product has a versatile curing cycle from as low as 80°C or as high as 150°C, thus enabling the product to be used to produce a wide range of composite items, from large structures to numerous small components. EP-282 is a resin film available on a lightweight scrim or without a scrim. The EP-282 resin is compatible with GMS Composites pre-pregs. The resin film has good flow and the tack of EP-282 can be varied.

GMS Composites EP – 285 is a toughened epoxy resin matrix prepreg with long shelf life. The product has a versatile curing cycle from as low as 80°C or as high as 150°C, thus enabling the product to be used to produce a wide range of composite items, from large structures to numerous small components. EP-285 is available in a range of substrates such as carbon, glass or aramid. This toughened system has outstanding fracture properties and resistance to microcracking. The prepreg has good flow and the tack of EP-285 can be varied.

GMS Composites EP – 270 is a formulated epoxy resin matrix prepreg with long out life. The product has a versatile curing cycle from as low as 70°C or as high as 130°C, thus enabling the product to be used to produce a wide range of composite items, from large structures to numerous small components. EP-270 is available in a range of substrates such as carbon, glass or aramid. EP-270 allows faster cycle times at elevated temperatures. The product also has good dynamic strength properties. GMS Composites EP – 620 prepreg is a special epoxy resin matrix system with long shelf life and high elongation. EP-620 is designed for composite applications requiring high energy absorption and impact resistance. The product has a versatile curing cycle from as low as 80°C or as high as 150°C, thus enabling the product to be used to produce a wide range of composite items, from large structures to numerous small components. EP-620 is available in a range of substrates such as carbon, aramid, s-glass, polyethylene or e-glass. The prepreg has good flow and the tack of EP-620 can be varied.

GMS Composites BP – 190 is a formulated Bismaleimide matrix prepreg, with long out life. The product is suitable for continuous use up to 200°C. BP-190 has been developed for the manufacture of high performance composite tools. After initial curing in an autoclave the tool can be demoulded and cured in a fan forced oven as a free standing component.
