Properties
  • CNSL Resin is the best modified Phenolic type. It offers the necessary traits of a straight phenolic nature without the oil bleeding and hence functions as a good binding agent.
  • The flexibility, thermal stability and impact resistance it provides, causes the decrease in the co-efficient of friction. It also combines the features of thermosetting and binding, especially used for Brake Lining.

Brake Lining

  • CNSL Formaldehyde (NOVOLAC) resins are used for brake liner binding preparation.

Paint and coatings

 

  • Dark color enamels application
  • Provide required gloss, flexibility as well as good mechanical strength, quick drying ability,
  • Excellent resistance to water, acid, alkali
  • Weather proof, heat and fire resistant
  • An excellent anti corrosive protection
  • Superior properties than those of conventional oils or synthetic resins
  • The coating withstand alkalinity normally encountered with cathodically protected steel hulls

Primers for wood and metal

 

  • Red oxide metal primer, Zinc chromate primer, other primers
