  • It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.
  • Read all Directions for Use carefully before applying.
  • Do not apply this product in a way that will contact workers or other persons, or pets either directly or through drift. Only protected handlers may be in the area during application. For any requirements specific to your State or Tribe,consult the agency responsible for pesticide regulation.

Hazards To Humans And Domestic Animals
  • Causes moderate eye irritation. Harmful if inhaled.Avoid contact with eyes or clothing. Avoid breathing dust. Prolonged or frequentlyrepeated skin contact may cause allergic reactions in some individuals.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Mixers, Loaders, Applicators and other handlers must wear:

  • Long-sleeved shirt
  • Long pants
  • Shoes plus socks

User Safety Requirements
  • Follow manufacturer’s instructions for cleaning / maintaining PPE. If no such instructions for washables exist, use detergentand hot water. Keep and wash PPE separately from other laundry. Discard clothing and other absorbent materials that have been drenched or heavily contaminated with this product’s concentrate. Do not reuse them.
Engineering Controls
  • Enclosed Cockpits:Pilots must use an enclosed cockpit that meets the requirements listed in the Worker Protection Standard (WPS) for agricultural pesticides [40 CFR 170.240(d) (4-6)].
  • Mechanical Flagging Engineering Controls:Human flagging is prohibited. Flagging to support aerial application is limited to use of the Global Positioning System (GPS) or mechanical flaggers.
User Safety Recommendations

Users should:

  • Wash hands before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco, or using the toilet.
  • Remove PPE immediately after handling this product.
  • Wash the outside of gloves before removing. As soon as possible, wash thoroughly and change into clean clothing.
  • Remove clothing/PPEimmediately if pesticide gets inside. Then wash thoroughly and change into cleanclothing.
Environmental Hazards
  • This pesticide is toxic to fish and aquatic organisms. Drift and runoff from treated areas may be hazardous to aquatic organisms in neighboring areas. Do not apply directly to water, to areas where surface water is present, or to intertidal areas below the mean high water mark. Do not contaminate water when disposing of equipment wash water or rinsate

Storage & Handling

Storage and Disposal
  • Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage and disposal.
  • Pesticide Storage: Keepaway from fire and sparks. Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilatedarea. Do not allow to become wet or overheated in storage; decomposition, impaired activity, or fire may result. Keep container closed when not in use. Decomposition produces a foul odor; if observed, check for hot containers and immediately remove to open areas for disposal.
  • Pesticide Disposal: Wastes resulting from the use of this product may be disposed of on-site or at an approved waste disposal facility
  • Container Handling: Nonrefillable container. Do not reuse or refill this container. Completely empty bag into application equipment. Clean container promptly after emptying. Then offer for recycling if available or dispose of empty bag in a sanitary landfill, or by incineration
