- Designed to be formulated in water-in-oil emulsions
- Prominent applications include (but are not limited to) BB creams, liquid
- foundations, foundation primers and water resistant sunscreens
- Suggested use level is 2-6% when used alone
- Suggested use level is 0.5-4% when combined with primary W/O emulsifiers
- MUST BE MIXED BEFORE USE
- Add to the oil phase (higher compatibility with silicone and paraffin oils) of all emulsion types
