Green marine farming Nori dried has been eaten in Japan since at least the eighth century. Green marine farming Sea lettuce dried has a slight salty and fresh flavor. The smell is really great, some people say it lookslike spinach. As it has no holdfast (so it cannot attach itself to lines), sea lettuce is difficult to cultivate at sea. Our sea lettuce is cultivated near the sea in bassins. Sugar Kelp is regarded one of the most delicate of the edible seaweeds because of their sweet taste and their natural content of glutamate, providing the rich and tasteful umami flavor. Sugar kelp powder can be used as flavoring in all seafood dishes; soups, stews or in the flour we use for breaded fish filets.
