Commonly used for casting museum quality reproductions, medical models, and medical device housings, Ultralloy™ includes several clear, white and amber materials that are available in different gel times depending on your processing needs. The Ultralloy™ 300 and 3300 Series products are UL 94V-0 and carry a yellow card from UL.

STERalloy

Hapflex™ is easily Hapco’s most versatile line of thermoset materials. With a wide range of gel times, durometers, and colors to choose from, these high quality thermoset resins have been used for casting molds, parts, seals, gaskets, pads, linings, coatings, and much more.

Di-Pak™  consists of flexible and rigid, production grade, dielectric polyurethanes and epoxies for potting, encapsulating, insulation, coatings, and much more. Di-Pak™ includes opaque and translucent formulations, as well as various gel times to match your application requirements.

Hapsil™ is a high tear strength, tin-catalyzed RTV-2 silicone rubber. Hapsil™ works well with clear and colorless casting resins that typically exhibit a sticky, uncured surface when cast against most silicones.

Ultraclear™ products are UV resistant, mercury free, and low viscosity. Ultraclear™ has been used for prototyping, aftermarket parts, custom lenses, sculptures, potting, encapsulating, and much more!

Filter-bond™ is a series of thermoset potting compounds used for potting and pre-potting applications by some of the industry's largest filter manufacturers.

Tuffalloy™ products are commonly used for casting prototype and production parts that must exhibit thermoplastic properties, such as high impact resistance and service temperature. These products cure to a translucent light brownish color and are available in 4 speeds.

A single component, heat-cured epoxy powder that is lightweight, flame retardant and easy to use. SYMPOXY™ 1960G is typically used for potting electrical components. It is ideal in
applications where exothermic or curing temperatures above 85°C cannot be tolerated and where thermal expansion/contraction should not harm delicate components.

RIGIDDI-PAK R-4528 SeriesA black, flame retardant, thermally conductive, high performance series that can be used in all types of electrical components. Combined with its ability to dissipate heat, DI-PAK R-4528 also provides low linear thermal expansion, low shrinkage, and low exothermic heat while curing. Meets UL requirements.

A clear amber, 100% solids, room temperature curing epoxy system with a convenient 1:1 mix ratio by volume. 1010-CA810 is great for electrical potting and encapsulating, industrial surface coating, wood surface coat and seal coat. This product cures to a hard, shiny, high gloss finish that is free from “amine blushing” under all humidity conditions.

The Hapflex 500 series offers a full range of soft durometers, from 45 - 95 Shore A, while the Hapflex 600 series yields harder durometers on the Shore D scale ranging from 50 - 70 Shore D. All are relatively fast, room curing, flexible systems that do not require post curing, but can be accelerated with moderate heat for faster curing. Most Hapflex 500 & 600 products are offered in 2 speeds: a standard 30-45 minute working time, and a 3-6 minute working time for fast demold.The Hapflex elastomers are low viscosity, making them easy to handle and pour, yet still provide precise duplications of surface details surface finishes.In addition, the Hapflex elastomers are virtually shock resistant and unbreakable, making them exceptionally well suited for permanent molds, parts or master patterns that will not crack or chip during use or storage. A major advantage is the superior abrasion resistance properties of the Hapflex elastomers.Precision tracing patterns, roll coverings, fixtures, flexible parts, forming dies, bending tools, and a variety of foundry applications are just a few examples of Hapflex applications.Available in Flame Retardant

DI-PAK E-4500 SERIESFlexible, 45, 65 and, 95 shore A hardness, potting and encapsulating systems. Flame retardant (FR), accelerated 3 minute (-3) gel time, and black or unpigmented versions are available.

Hapflex™ 540

DI-PAK E-4568A tough, REPAIRABLE, shock resistant potting compound for short and long run productions. DI-PAK E-4568 has excellent insulating properties, a very low moisture vapor transmission rate, can be operated from -60°C to +100°C, and performs in both wet and dry environments. It can be easily trimmed with a knife, making repairs quick and easy.
