Harcros Chemicals Antifoam 8830 Food Grade is a 30% active emulsion of polydimethylsiloxane formulated to control foam in both food and industrial processing. This defoamer is readily diluted with water or process liquids for easy addition to foam-generating solutions. It efficiently controls foam in nonionic, cationic, and anionic systems over a wide pH range.

H-Sil® STS is a low-molecular-weight, nonionic silicone surfactant that imparts low surface tension to formulated household and agricultural products. It improves the wetting and detergency of neutral household cleaning detergents and degreasers on hard surfaces. This product will improve the wetting, spreading, and penetration of agricultural chemicals and is an additive for use in pesticide products or as a tank-mix adjuvant. It can achieve surface tensions of 22 m/M with rates as low as 0.01% in aqueous-based agriculture and coating formulas, thus improving spreading across a variety of surfaces. This product is exempt from tolerance under 40 CFR 180.1001(c) for agricultural uses.

H-Sil® OE is a silicone-based odor eliminator designed for industrial and consumer applications. This product acts as an odor eliminator by neutralizing the nitrogen groups that are present in most odors. It is a concentrate that can be diluted at 5 - 10% by weight in water for most applications. No other additives are needed. Fragrances can be added to the dilution by using common surfactants and fragrance bases. 5% dilutions of H-Sil® OE were successfully compared against leading industrial and consumer products via a test panel, and it consistently outlasted the competitors. At a use level of 5 - 10%, this product was successfully tested against the following odors:

• Smoke
• Butyric acid (body odor)
• Amine odors
• Urine
• Ammonia

H-Sil® D4 is a volatile cyclic dimethyl silicone fluid that is clear and odorless. This low-toxicity solvent evaporates completely at room temperature and leaves no residue. It is widely used in cosmetics to provide spreading, easy rub-out, and a slick, non-greasy feel to the skin. It is a good cleaning solvent for industrial applications with degreasing properties for dry cleaning and spot treatment applications.

Harcros Chemicals Antifoam 100 Food Grade is a 100% active silicone compound that provides an efficient and economical means of preventing costly and dangerous foaming conditions in aqueous and non-aqueous systems. It can be used in the manufacture of food packaging materials and as a direct food additive. This product exhibits excellent dilution stability when diluted with aliphatic, aromatic, and chlorinated solvents.

H-Quest® L-50 LA Sodium glucoheptonate has many industrial uses as a high performance chelating agent. Its superior performance in the pH range between 9 and 14 is due to its efficiency in forming stable chelates with di- and tri-valent metal ions such as Ca+2, Mg+2, Fe+2, Fe+3, Zn+2, Al+3, etc.

H-Sil® EM-FS-50 is a fluorosilicone-in-water emulsion that uses nonionic emulsifiers. This unique emulsion is specially formulated for hard surface polishes. The fluoro portion of the molecule adds protection from greasy and waterborne soils, and the silicone portion provides gloss and additional protection from outdoor elements. It is an excellent product for formulating spray-on and wipe-off transportation polishes and protectants.

H-Sil® 1108 is a low-molecular-weight, nonionic silicone polyether surfactant blend that imparts low surface tensions to formulated products. This product improves the spreading and wetting properties of household, industrial, and coating products. In spray adjuvant applications, it gives aqueous surface tensions of less than 23 mN/M.

H-Sil® SC C20-23 is a high-molecular-weight, nonionic silicone surfactant that has multifunctional properties in a wide range of applications. In hard surface cleaners, this product imparts low surface tensions and improved oily soil emulsification. This product is a water-soluble substantive additive to automobile surface cleaning formulas, and it imparts gloss and surface break for improved drying. It is an effective water-soluble mold-release agent that will allow easy rinsing for paintable mold-release products. This product is non-toxic and has a very low irritation profile for the skin and eyes. Prototype formulas and use recommendations are available from your Harcros representative.

Harcros Chemicals Antifoam 30 Food Grade is a 30% antifoam emulsion of polydimethylsiloxane that is water-dilutable and designed primarily for use in food processing. It is also recommended for many industrial applications, such as textile dyeing and finishing, leather finishing, latex processing, soap and detergent manufacture, and boiler water defoaming. Concentrations of the emulsion required for effective defoaming range from 5 to 100 ppm.

H-Sil® EM-60 HG is a proprietary blend of silicone fluids and reactive organo-silicones emulsified into a high-solids emulsion. It is designed to provide premium performance as a tire and vinyl dressing. This product is easily diluted with water to form a stable dispersion for use levels ranging from 10 to 20% actives. A 20% active product gives excellent all-round performance by delivering a high-gloss, durable (several washings) coating to tires and vinyl.

H-Sil® SC-C8 is a high-molecular-weight silicone polyether that imparts low surface tension to formulated products. It helps promote wetting and surface activity and is an effective additive to both cosmetic formulations and household products. This product is stable in most formulations when used up to 5% and is an excellent co-surfactant for use in hair-care shampoos and conditioners. In skin care products, it is an effective emollient and humectant.

H-Sil® EM 1060 is a 60% active, nonionic emulsion of 10,000 cSt polydimethylsiloxane. This product can be used as-is or diluted with water to form a stable emulsion letdown. It is effective as a release agent for rubber, plastic, and shell metals in foundry applications. This product has additional applications in leather care, textiles, surface lubrication, surface protection, and gloss improvement.

T-Soft® AOS-P is an Alpha-Olefin Sulfonate Powder (AOS), used for the formulation of a wide variety of hard surface cleaners, personal care products, washing powders, complex soaps and shampoos, and phosphate-free detergents.

T-Soft® PSMO 20 is an oleic acid ester of sorbitol and its mono- and dianhydrides copolymerized with approximately 20 moles of ethylene oxide.

T-Soft® ALES-2 is an ammonium lauryl ether sulfate for the healthcare and emulsion polymerization industries and contains 2 moles of E.O.

Estecare™ P20 is an oil-in-water emulsifier that is primarily used in combination with Estecare SMO. This combination of high and low HLB emulsifiers produces medium, fine-textured lotions and creams for skin and hair care applications. Estecare™ P20 also functions as a spreading aid for many industrial applications and provides water-dispersibility to anhydrous systems. Additionally, Estecare™ P20 can be used as a solubilizer for oils and fragrances.

EsteCare™ 21 BN is an ethoxylated product of hydrogenated castor oil. It is a multifunctional oil-in-water emulsifier that is a very versatile and multifunctional non-ionic surfactant used as fragrance builder and fragrance solubilizer, emulsifier.

EsteCare™ 12 AT is a classical emulsifier for creams and lotions. It has many uses, such as surfactants in detergent formulations both, industrial and domestic. These are also used as cleaning agents, scouring agents, wetting agents and dispersants or emulsifiers in textile formulations. It is also used as emulsifiers, solubalizers in cosmetics and health care formulations.

T-Soft® ALS, ammonium lauryl sulfate, is a high quality anionic surfactant used in many diverse industrial applications. Manufactured to strict production tolerances, T-Soft® ALS provides formulators with day in, day out consistency, performance, and quality.

Estecare™ P80 is an oil-in-water emulsifier that is primarily used in combination with Estecare SMO. This combination of high and low HLB emulsifiers produces medium, fine-textured lotions and creams for skin and hair care applications. Estecare™ P80 also functions as a spreading aid for many industrial applications and provides water-dispersibility to anhydrous systems. T-Soft® C-30 is a high foaming amphoteric surfactant synthesized from hydrogenated coconut oil that can be used in industrial and personal care applications. It provides mild cleansing and excellent viscosity building in anionic based systems. T-Soft® C-30 provides wetting, effective lime-soap dispersing and viscosity building properties. It can serve as a primary or secondary surfactant providing foam boosting properties.

T-Soft® CB-35 is a high foaming amphoteric surfactant derived from C8-C18 Triglyceride that can be used in industrial and personal care applications. It provides mild cleansing and excellent viscosity building in anionic based systems. T-Soft® CB-35 provides wetting, effective lime-soap dispersing and viscosity building properties. It can serve as a primary or secondary surfactant providing foam boosting properties.

T-Soft® AOS-40 is Alfa Olefin Sulfonate Liquid based on thin film continuous sulfonation of high purity C14 olefins, neutralized with sodium ion. It finds use in hair shampoos, toilet bar, detergents and other household cleaners. It is alsoused in textile, leather and agro-chemicalindustry.

EsteCare ™ 120AJ is a classical emulsifier for creams and lotions. It has many uses, such as surfactants in detergent formulations both, industrial and domestic. These are also used as cleaning agents, scouring agents, wetting agents and dispersants or emulsifiers in textile formulations. It is also used as emulsifiers, solubalizers in cosmetics and health care formulations.

H-Sil® EM-60 Concentrate is a 60% active nonionic emulsion of regular viscosity silicone. This product can be used as-is or diluted with water to form a stable emulsion letdown. It is formulated to provide excellent gloss, lubrication, and protection to a variety of surfaces. Harcros Chemicals SIlicone Elastomer 8000 is a clear to hazy liquid used as a low-viscous stabilizer for skincare, haircare, antiperspirants, deodorants, sunscreens, styling aids, and color cosmetic formulas. This elastomer gives a light smoothness and silky feel, and it reduces tackiness in formulas.
