Suggested Uses

HD-2024 was designed for use as a cost effective urethane for use in coatings or finishes for textile fabrics. This unique urethane dispersion is manufactured at high solids and without the use of solvent. HD-2024 is well suited for use as a strength additive for acrylic polymers. Whether used alone or as a strength additive, HD-2024 provides increased strength, anti-fray, and abrasion resistance properties at an affordable price.

Product Application

Spray or pad -- solids may be adjusted for optimum add-on. May be thickened with HA-900 for knife coating applications.

Curing

Excellent strength properties as supplied. Melamine-formaldehyde crosslinkers, such as HA-808 (3 - 6 phr), will provide improved performance..
