Suggested Uses

HD-2602 was designed primarily for topcoat applications where slip and abrasion resistance properties are required. HD-2602 contains a non-fugitive silicone component that provides low surface tension characteristics on flexible and rigid substrates including plastics, metals and textiles.

Product Application

HD-2602 may be used as a sole vehicle or blended with acrylic emulsions for spray or rotogravure applications. Rheology modifications can be made with associative thickeners for alternative application methods.

Dryng

HD-2602 can be air dried, if desired, depending on film thickness. Typical oven drying temperatures and dwell times for aqueous coatings are sufficient to produce optimal film properties..
