General Information
  • STRIKE ZONE® LC is a deposition and drift management agent that is capable of improving both pesticide efficacy and application. STRIKE ZONE® LC, when used at recommended rates, reduces spray deposit evaporation and droplet bounce. STRIKE ZONE® LC does not contain ammonium salts or acidifiers.

Applications & Uses

Directions for Use
  • STRIKE ZONE® LC MAY BE USED WITH PRODUCTS DESIGNED FOR THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS: AGRICULTURAL, FORESTRY, INDUSTRIAL, NON-CROPLAND, ORNAMENTAL, RIGHTS-OF-WAY, AND TURF.
  • USE RATES: Use 1 pint per 100 gallons or 0.125% by volume.
Mixing Guidelines
  • Prior to any pesticide or fertilizer application all spray mixing equipment must be cleaned. Carefully observe all cleaning directions on the pesticide label. STRIKE ZONE® LC should never be mixed undiluted with any pesticides. IMPORTANT: Always add STRIKE ZONE® LC as the first component of a spray tank mixture before other additives or pesticides. This may be different than the mixing order for conventional drift control additives.
  • Fill the spray or mix tank one third to one half full of water and begin agitation. Slowly add the recommended amount of STRIKE ZONE® LC and mix until product is completely dissolved. Continue agitation and filling with water while adding pesticides and/or fertilizers as directed by labeling or in the following sequence:
  1. Compatibility agents
  2. Dry flowables or water dispersible granules
  3. Wettable powders
  4. Flowables
  5. Water based solutions
  6. Emulsifiable concentrates
  7. Spray adjuvants
  8. Other

Terminology on this label is consistent with definitions approved by Subcommittee E-35.22 on Pesticide Formulations and Application Systems under the jurisdiction of ASTM Subcommittee E-35.

Storage & Handling

Storage and Disposal
  • Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by Storage and Disposal. Dispose of empty containers by triple rinsing (or equivalent) with water and pouring rinsate into spray tank. Recycle rinsed containers whenever possible or puncture and discard empty containers in a landfill in accordance with current local, state, International and federal regulations.
  • STORAGE: Store in original container only. Keep container tightly closed. Do not allow water to be introduced into the contents of this container. Do not contaminate water sources by runoff from cleaning of equipment, disposal of equipment washwaters or spray waste. Do not store near heat or open flame.
  • NON-REFILLABLE CONTAINER DISPOSAL: Do not reuse empty container. Triple rinse (or equivalent) during mixing and loading and add rinsate to spray tank. Recycling decontaminated containers is the best option of container disposal. The Agricultural Container Recycling Council (ACRC) operates the national recycling program. To contact your state and local ACRC recycler visit the ACRC web page at www.acrecycle.org. Decontaminated containers may also be disposed of in a sanitary landfill. For help in chemical emergencies involving spill, leak, fire or exposure, call toll free 1-800-424-9300.
  • REFILLABLE CONTAINER: Refill this container with adjuvants only. Do not reuse this container for any other purpose. Cleaning the container before final disposal is the responsibility of the person disposing of the container. Cleaning before refilling is the responsibility of the refiller. To clean the container before final disposal, empty the remaining contents from the container into application equipment or mix tank. Fill the container about 10 percent full with water. Agitate vigorously or recirculate water with the pump for 2 minutes. Pour or pump rinsate into application equipment or rinsate collection system. Repeat this rinsing procedure two more times. If the container is not being refilled, return the container to the point of purchase.
