HeBoCoat

HeBoCoat® PL-W 130 is a pure, water-based and ready-to-use Boron Nitride coating with inorganic binders for high temperature processes. It is particulary suited for use in aluminum casting processes.

HeBoCoat® PL-E 125 is a Boron Nitride coating in an ethanol base with the addition of an inorganic binder. The high temperature adhesive properties of the coating to metallic substrates, glass, ceramics and graphite are excellent.

HeBoCoat® PL-E 200 is a Boron Nitride coating in an ethanol base with the addition of organic binders. Because of its excellent release and lubricating properties it is frequently used in the sintering of diamond tools.

HeBoCoat® PL-W 200 is a pure, water-based Boron Nitride coating with organic binder, resulting in excellent surface wetting and adhesion.

HeBoCoat ® SL-E 125* is a boron nitride spray supplied in an easy-to-use aerosol can. The use of an ethanol base ensures good surface wetting of the coated substrate as well as quick drying. The inorganic binders ensure very good adhesion to metals, glass, ceramics and graphite, especially at high temperatures. The proportion of fine boron nitride particles endow the resultant coating with good release and lubricating properties. HeBoCoat® SL-E 125 is a Boron Nitride spray supplied in a practical aerosol can. Its ethanol base enables good substrate wetting and quick drying. The high temperature adhesive properties of the coating to metallic substrates, glass, ceramics and graphite are excellent.

HeBoCoat® SL-E 200 is a Boron Nitride spray supplied in a practical aerosol can. Its ethanol base enables quick drying and good substrate wetting. The organic binder ensures excellent adhesion. The use of fine Boron Nitride powder particles provides good lubricating and release properties, also at high temperatures.

HeBoCoat® EL-W 300 is a highly-concentrated, water-based, boron nitride suspension which was developed especially as an additive for galvanic baths. The extremely fine boron nitride particles ensure good suspension stability and a high storage rate during the electroplating process.

HeBoCoat®EL-W 250 is a highly concentrated water-based Boron Nitride coating for use in the aluminum casting industry and in the finishing of fiber glass.

HeBoCoat® EL-W 100 is a water-based, ready-to-use boron nitride suspension that has been developed especially as a high-temperature release layer for forming processes. Thanks to the inorganic binder system, the product offers the optimum compromise between good substrate adhesion and a very good lubricating and release effect.
