HexForce™ AGP193-P has extensive in-house weaving capabilities for the manufacture of unidirectional and woven reinforcement fabrics in glass, carbon, aramid fibers and hybrids. The wide range of weave styles includes standard weaves, biaxials and multiaxials.

HexTow® AS4 carbon fiber is a continuous, high strength, high strain, PAN based fiber available in 3,000 (3K), 6,000 (6K) and 12,000 (12K) filament count tows. This fiber has been surface treated and can be sized to improve its interlaminar shear properties, handling characteristics, and structural properties, and is suggested for use in weaving, prepregging, filament winding, braiding, and pultrusion. AS4-GP 3k (1%), AS4-GP 12k (0.9%), and AS4 12k carbon fibers have been qualified to NMS 818 Carbon Fiber Specification (NCAMP). This allows customers to call out an industry standard, aerospace grade carbon fiber without the need to write and maintain their own specification.

HiMax™ multiaxial reinforcements, or non-crimp fabrics (NCF), are made up of multiple plies of parallel fibers, each lying in a different orientation or axis that allows customers to process multiple layers of unidirectional fibers in a single fabric.

HexTow® IM2A carbon fiber is a continuous, high performance, intermediate modulus, PAN based fiber available in 12,000 (12K) filament count tows. This fiber has been surface treated and can be sized to improve its interlaminar shear properties, handling characteristics, and structural properties. It is suggested for use in prepregging, filament winding, braiding, and pultrusion. The unique properties of HexTow® IM2A fiber, such as higher tensile strength and modulus, as well as good shear strength, allow structural designers to achieve both higher safety margins for both stiffness and strength critical applications. HexTow® IM2A is International Monohull Open Class Association (IMOCA) certified/qualified.
