QSol™ High Solubility Agar is utilized primarily in the food industry for dairy products because of its lower dissolution temperature compared with traditional agar. Apart from that, QSol™ High Solubility Agar could be used in other applications such as confectionery, bakery products, sauces, dressings and similar applications. The dosage depends of the final product, texture and property to be desired.

Kept in original package unopened, under cool and dry conditions, the product will show no significant difference in the properties within the next 4 years from manufacturing date. No specific handling conditions are required.
