MoldX

MoldX® P18 is for pultrusion, resin infusion, CIPP and vacuum bag molding applications. It's particle size distribution with top size particles of less than 18 microns gives superb processing performance at fiberglass contents greater than 50% by weight.

MoldX® S45 is engineered to allow higher loadings versus standard alumina trihydrate (ATH) products and offers excellent processing from 180 phr to as high as 240 phr.

MoldX® A400 is a third generation optimized Alumina Trihydrate (ATH) product that gives low viscosity at a high loading level (250-380 phr), but requires 20-30% less loading than MoldX® A110 to achieve the same flame retardant performance.MoldX® A400 optimized ATH is particularly well-suited for SMC, and it can also provide low cost flame retardancy and smoke suppression in other thermoset processes such as: epoxy potting, wet-mat, spray-up, hand lay-up, and bulk molding compounds (BMC) that contain reinforcing fibers (patent pending).

MoldX® A110 is a second generation optimized Alumina Trihydrate (ATH) product that gives improved processing viscosities at very high loadings from 250 phr to greater than 350 phr.MoldX® A110 can provide low cost flame retardancy and smoke suppression in a variety of other color sensitive thermoset processes such as: BMC, spray-up and hand lay-up, wet mat molding and epoxy potting
