- HYDRIOL® PGO is a high effective, liquid emulsifier for water in oil emulsions as creams, lotions and especially for vegetable oils.
- HYDRIOL® PGO is non-toxic and non-skin-irritant.
- Polyglycerol esters of edible fatty acids as Polyglyceryl-4 Oleate are listed as food additive E475.
Applications & Uses
- Use Level
- 2.5 - 5%
- Product Applications
- HYDRIOL® PGO is used in concentrations of 2.5% to 5.0% depending on the used oily phase.
- HYDRIOL® PGO enables W/O emulsions up to a water content of about 75%.
- Nitrogen padding is recommended after partial use.
