OPS 3023 is a synergistic blend of 3 antioxidant systems: phenolic primary antioxidant, phospite and thio-ester. The product offers a protection against agening and thermal degradation. The product has not a precise melting point, because it is a mixture of various components. The product is in small pellets, this physical form ensures very low dust formation and excellent flowing properties.

HOT-MELT (pph on 100  parts of polymer):

  • Thermoplastic rubbers (SIS, SBS, ecc.): 1,2 - 1,5
  • Ethylene-vinylacetate (EVA):0,3 - 0,4
  • Thermoplastic polyurethanes: 0,2 - 0,4
  • Polyamides: 0,5 - 1,0 

SOLVENT SYSTEMS

  • Natural rubber, SBR, chloroprene rubber, butyle rubber, polyisoprene: 0,25- 0,5 %.

OPS 3023 can be directly introduced into the compound, together with the other components or it can be prediluted in solvent and added to the product.
