    This product is designed for use in dairy products as yogurt and ice cream, soft drinks, alcoholic drinks, candy and desserts in general, as well as preparations with cheeses and creams. It provides a yellow hue to light yellow in the final product. Its hue varies depending on the product ( pH ) and amount used.

    Directions for use

    Shake the product before use, as pigment may settle during storage. Can be added to the food product while stirring. If the color is to be diluted before use, it is preferable to used soft or distilled water. Recommended dosage: 0.01% to 0.1%.
