SperseStab™ 1081 is a highly effective and low-volatility solid amine-class antioxidant ideal for a variety of rubber polymers, olefins, α-olefins, and lubricant applications. SperseStab-1081 is well-suited for neoprene, EPDM, and nitrile rubbers. It is also used in lubricants, including greases, compressor oils, turbine oils, and hydraulic fluids. SperseStab™ 1081 may be used alone or in combination with other antioxidants, including phenolics and phosphites.

SperseStab™ 2300 is a highly effective antioxidant, anti-scorch, disproportionation agent, and processing stabilizer for use in PVC, ABS, EPDM, PP, rosin ester, polyurethane, and polyethylene polymers. It is commonly used as an antioxidant for polyethylene pipes, wires, cables, and tubes, as well as greenhouse films. This unique antioxidant performs well with peroxide-cured systems and also functions as a disproportionation agent for rosin esters. Additionally, it works as an anti-scorch agent in TDI-based polyurethane systems and an anti-skinning agent in hot melt adhesives.

SperseStab™ 2702 is a highly efficient antioxidant with a molar efficiency twice that of BHT and a significantly higher TGA. It is effective in non-color-critical adhesive applications and can be combined with other antioxidants and UV stabilizers. With its relatively high TGA, SperseStab™ 2702 can be used in a variety of applications, from PCMO to hydraulics, metalworking, and other lubricating systems. It can also be used in natural and synthetic elastomers, as well as resins and adhesives.

SperseStab™ 1245 is a slightly less hindered phenol antioxidant that provides increased activity compared to other hindered phenols. It provides excellent processing and long-term stability and has excellent color and solubility in engineering resins, including POM, PA, polyester, and polyurethanes. It can be used in combination with other antioxidants, UV stabilizers, and UV absorbers. Of particular note are combinations with SperseStab™ 1680 as well as combinations with HALS.
