SperseStab™ 1425

1 of 26 products in this brand
SperseStab™ 1425 is a high-molecular-weight phenolic antioxidant containing a phosphonate located para to the phenol. This orientation provides excellent color and low gas fading in a UV-stabilized antioxidant. The calcium salt acts as a soluble catalyst, especially for the esterification of rosin esters. Additionally, SperseStab™ 1425 works as a catalyst in the solid-state polymerization of PET polymers. Other applications include polyolefins, fibers, adhesives, and lubricating oils and greases.

Functions: Antioxidant, Catalyst, Heat Stabilizer, Stabilizer

Reaction Type: Transesterification

Labeling Claims: Non-Carcinogenic, Non-Mutagenic, Not Listed In California Proposition 65
