Bondex® ACR being a ready to use PSA Adhesive it can be coated on any standard Roller Coating machine. It can also be used by manual application like coating through Silk Screen or by Brush.
- Diluent
Bondex® ACR generally does need to be diluted as it is ready to coat viscosity product but if required, it can be diluted with water for adjusting its viscosity. It is freely miscible with water.
- Suggested Uses
Bondex® ACR is especially formulated for PSA Labels / Stickers or Pre-gummed sheets / Stock-label manufacturing on high speed continuous coating machines.

Storage & Handling

Store in sealed containers in dry condition at temperatures between 15-300C, away from direct heat, sunlight, dust and moisture. Protect from frost. Containers once opened should be shut tightly to prevent contamination. Stocks should be used on a first in first out basis & Shelf life is approximately 6 months.
