VIVAPUR® Alginate FD 127 is a sodium alginate in form of a brown fine granule. With the addition of higher valent ions (e.g. Ca2+) it can be used to form gels or biobased and transparent films, which provide oil and oxygen barrier properties. VIVAPUR® Pectin LC-S18XH is a water solvable pectin with a low degree of methoxylation in form of a beige powder. VIVAPUR® Pectin LC-S18XH is an EU approved food additive which complies with the specifications according to Reg. (EU) No. 231/2012 and Food Chemical Codex. VIVAPUR® Pectin HS RV is a water solvable pectin with a high degree of methoxylation in form of a beige powder. It can be used to form a thermo-stable gel under acidic conditions in the presence of high sugar concentrations. VIVAPUR® HPMC K4M is a medium viscosity hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose in powder form. It is solvable in water and forms a reversible gel above a specific gelling temperature. VIVAPUR® HPMC K15M is a high viscosity hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose in powder form. It is solvable in water and forms a reversible gel above a specific gelling temperature. VIVAPUR® 105 is white and highly pure microcrystalline cellulose powder. The average particle size is ~25µm. This product is a high quality functional additive for various polymer applications.
