VIVAPUR® Alginate FDG 155 is a sodium alginate in form of a creamy-white powder. With the addition of higher valent ions (e.g. Ca2+) it can be used to form gels or biobased and transparent films, which provide oil and oxygen barrier properties. VIVAPUR® Pectin LA-S20 VIS-YA is a water solvable amidated pectin in form of a beige powder.
