In comparison to other processing aids Dispergator FL shows advantages due to an excellent com-patibility with most of the polymers used in rubber industry. Besides, Dispergator FL has excellent affinity to the commonly used fillers like silica, carbon black, chalk or calcined clay. Dispergator FL is delivered in granular form with excellent handling properties. It is non-staining and the influence on vulcanization times, also in peroxide cured compounds, is minimal.

- Uses
Dispergator FL is generally used to improve rubber compound flow and extrudability for the production of profiles, hoses and technical rubber parts. By using Dispergator FL an economical production of high quality products is possible. Furthermore Dispergator FL can be used as physical peptising agent for natural rubber, as homoge-nising agent for polymer blends and to improve the dispersion of fillers and other rubber chemicals.
