King Honor International Micronized Water-Base Wax have affinity for water-based system and is suitable for various water-based and ink and coating It can be used for water-based ink varnish and waterborne coatings. Provide anti-adhesion, anti-scratch, anti-fouling and anti-friction effects, while providing a smooth and soft feel and better hydrophobicity and sealing. In different systems, the dosage is generally 0.5% ~ 3%. Applied in water-based inks and paints.

King Honor International KH FT WAX 80 is the medium-melt Fischer-Tropsch synthetic wax. It is specially designed to meet the above two requirements by adhesives producers. It has narrow melt range and the high onset of melt, which can balance strength and flexibility, performing excellently in hot melt adhesives.

King Honor International Wax Emulsion KH WE-6102 is having high transparency and gloss with good abrasion resistance. Used in water-based system, polish agent, polish oil,metal mold release agent and leather finishing agent.

King Honor International KH FT WAX 105 use the feedstock from coal, They have the fine crystal structure and narrow carbon distribution. Its low viscosity increases the production speed and fluidity of the PVC product. Besides, it can contribute to the dispersion of the pigment and other fillers. KH FT wax 105 can reduce the dosage by about 15%-50% compared to paraffin wax and PE wax.

King Honor International KH Paraffin Wax 67H is made from the deep refinement. Comparing the general fully refined paraffin wax, it has the more narrow carbon distribution. There is a more linear structure. That endows it with many good characteristics while using in the high-grade hot melt adhesives. It has the fast setting time, good cohesive strength and has good compatibility with the major groups of polymers. This grade is specially produced for the customer who uses it in the hot melt for packages. And we could help the customer with a slight adjustment to fulfill their own production process.

King Honor International KH Paraffin Wax F66N/L/H contains more straight links. According to customers' application, the oil content and penetration could be adjusted. We also supply the granular form, slab form, and liquid form. The global supply of this grade is very limited, for the reason of the crude oil and the production process. In order to meet the customers' demand, our R&amp;D department will keep on working to find out the solution.

King Honor International Micronized Solvent-Base Wax KH PEW-0205B is suitable for solvent flexographic inks and solvent gravure inks. It can greatly improve the wear resistance of solvent-based inks, reduce the friction coefficient of inks. It has good adaptability to benzene-soluble inks, alcohol-soluble inks, and ester-soluble inks. To improve the wear resistance and scratch resistance of various surface coatings. In different systems, the dosage is generally 0.5% ~ 3%.

King Honor International KH Paraffin wax 80M is a light color and congealing point ranges from 80-85℃(176-185 F). It’s produced from the dewaxing of base oil in the refinery process. By the deep refinery, it has the fine microcrystalline structure, meanwhile has a small part of the linear structure as paraffin wax. It has the good capability with paraffin wax and applied well in rubber protective wax. With the development of our technology, our categories of microcrystalline waxes are kept abundant.
