Applications & Uses

Use Level
2.0% - 25.0% (Slushing oils and rust preventive fluids)
Product Uses
  • NA-SUL® CA/W1213 shows outstanding rust and corrosion resisting properties when exposed to harsh environments, such as salt fog. NA-SUL® CA/W1213 forms extremely hydrophobic thin films giving superior metal protection in harsh salt environments as well as in 100% humidity conditions. NA-SUL® CA/W1213 has much improved solubility in highly paraffinic oils compared to other wax containing additives.
  • It is recommended to check rust preventive fluids based on NA-SUL® CA/W1213 for compatibility with chemicals that may contaminate the fluid in actual use. This is particularly important for highly alkaline contaminants.
