A microbiological contamination can be excluded due to the production parameters (pressure and temperature profile) and due to water content. Microbiological examinations occur on irregular basis.
Storage & Handling
- Storage and Handling
The product has to be stored in a cool and dry place, protected from heat and frost, between 15-30°C, without exposure to direct sunlight. This product is blanketed with nitrogen. Please consider that this nitrogen coverage will no longer be existing once the packaging has been opened. We recommend to restore the nitrogen blanket after use. Natural processes might cause cloudiness or a sediment that disappear by homogenizing the product without any loss of quality, e.g. by slight heating and stirring. If applicable, we strongly recommend to homogenize the product before use. During storage, a change of pH might be observed for this product, but this has no effect on its quality.
