Kopyform Sugar Transfer Sheets (Meringue Sheets) are transfer foils for "printing" your edible ideas on sweet treats. Logos, graphics, slogans and more find their way on meringues, lollies and various sugar candies. The sheets can be processed with Isomalt and glucose syrup.The plastic used for the transfer foils is food grade and can be baked at temperatures below 90° Celsius. Isomalt and glucose syrup should be cooled to approx. 120°C before it is applied to the sheet.Edible prints on sugar candiesSuitable for IsomaltDecorate meringue pastries with individual motifs.

    Sugar Transfer Sheets have a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacturing if they are stored cool (15 to 20 degrees C) dry and protected from sunlight.
