SYLVARES™ TR M1115 polyterpene resin is a biorenewable tackifier made from selected terpene monomers. This product can be used to tackify natural rubber, synthetic elastomer, and some polyolefin adhesives. The aliphatic nature of this product allows compatibility with the mid-block of styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymers while limiting interaction with the styrenic endblocks providing a balance of tack, peel, cohesive strength, and heat resistance. It has a narrower molecular weight distribution, which improves compatibility with some adhesive elastomers.

  • esters and ketones like ethylacetate and acetone

Storage & Handling

Storage Recommendation

To preserve product quality, storage and transit dry and below 30°C / 86°F is recommended. To prevent remassing, keep away from direct sun light or other sources of heat. Product stored or transported at higher temperatures should be evaluated for impact on performance before use.
