Thixotropy can be achieved by reacting UNI-REZ 2521 with the alkyd resin at temperatures between 190-210°C. UNI-REZ 2521 can be easily processed and achieves its clear point on dilution before attainment of maximum thixotropy.

Thixotropy can be achieved by reacting UNI-REZ 2532 with the alkyd resin at temperatures between 210-230°C. UNI-REZ 2532 can be easily processed and achieves its clear point on dilution before attainment of maximum thixotropy. UNI-REZ 2532 forms very strong and rigid thixotropic gels that are resistant to high levels of polar solvents.

UNI-REZ 147 polyamide resin is an alcohol soluble / co-solvent type resin offering low temperature gel resistance and good compatibility with modifying resins. UNI-REZ 147 polyamide resin offers better blocking and gloss properties than other modified co-solvent types. It has good solvent compatibility, alcohol reducibility and compatibility to nitrocellulose.
